Patient Satisfaction Awards
We are proud to announce that we’ve won six 2020 Patient Satisfaction Awards! The Patient Satisfaction Awards program was created by Plum Support Services to “recognize and celebrate facilities that work tirelessly to provide an outstanding patient experience.” Awards are based on short-stay patient satisfaction surveys administered by NRC Health between September 2019 and August 2020.

Awarded to the facility with the highest combined overall satisfaction and recommendation to others.
Outstanding Admissions Team
Awarded to the facility with the highest combined satisfaction for “Help with the Admissions Process”.
Outstanding Culinary Service
Awarded to the facility with the second-highest overall satisfaction for “Quality of Meals”. This year, there was a five-way tie for the silver award.
Outstanding Customer Service
Awarded to the facility with the second-highest combined overall satisfaction for “Responsiveness of Management”, “Care/Concern of Staff”, “Respectfulness of Staff”, “Choices/Preferences”, and “Competency of Staff”.
Outstanding Social Service
Awarded to the facility with the second-highest combined overall satisfaction for “Setting Discharge Goals”, “Help with the Discharge Process”, “Arranging for Services/Equipment”, and “Commitment to Family Updates”.

Awarded to the facility with the third-highest combined overall satisfaction for “Quality of Nursing Care” and “Answering Call Lights”.
